John Bull Country Cider
This cider kit is a relatively cheap and easy way of getting some classic country cider! A clear fizzy cider is the end goal with this one. Many have tried it with two cans to really make it a stronger, tastier brew. Sam says: 'I wanted to try a cider so I bought this one because it was quite cheap. I had only brewed ales before I tried this one. It was average. I used Cooper's carbonation drops to make it fizzy but it didn't have a huge amount of flavour. I tried it again with two kits. Mixing the two into 40 pints made it so much better! Really strong flavour and really lively! I would highly recommend using two of these kits or instead make a smaller batch, 20 pints say. Worth a try but it's not going to be like your fizzy ciders that you get in pubs.' |
